Thank you for shopping at Luxury Lights!

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product you received is defective, we make the replacement or refund process simple and straightforward.

 

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first five (5) days after receiving your order. If more than 5 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it:

 
  1.    Send us an email at (ventas@luxurylightscr.com) explaining the issue.
  2.    Attach photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
  3.   Once we receive your information, we will process your request promptly and send a replacement item.
 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Important: Do not open, break, manipulate, or use the product you intend to return. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned to Luxury Lights in its original condition and packaging
