📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🔁 Order Changes & Address Errors

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at ventas@luxurylightscr.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local courier. If necessary, contact us and we’ll help as much as we can.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can re-ship it — but the customer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
